We work with some of the best Registered Training Organisations and Employers to achieve our vision of creating exciting career pathways for young people to discover.

We are looking for a super star Administration Officer to join our join our friendly enrolments team and to join the Self Employment Assistance Program team. The Self-Employment Assistance program is an exciting initiative that helps individuals turn a business idea or existing small business into a viable business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced Government services and RTO environment.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls & general email enquiries
  • Registering enrolments and checking eligibility
  • Data entry of enrolments, training plans, class rolls and entering completed units
  • Ensuring all documentation has been correctly assessed and is compliant with our internal processes
  • Supporting both staff and students with our Learning Management Systems
  • Filing, scanning and photocopying
  • General administration support
  • Ensuring process compliance with departmental guidelines

About you:

  • Workforce Australia and aXcelerate experience will be VERY highly regarded
  • You are a well presented, self-motivated individual, enthusiastic with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • You have great attention to detail, accurate data entry and typing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and influence a diverse range of conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential
  • You can manage competing priorities by achieving deadlines and going over and beyond what is expected
  • The ability to support a growing team in a busy environment is essential
  • You have excellent computer literacy skills (MS Office)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years previous experience working within Workforce Australia or a Registered Training Organisation

This position is flexible for either full-time or part-time employment and has WFH flexibility starting at the end of the month.
