More Efficient RTO From Start to Finish

RTO Pilot started with a simple idea. Training and education software doesn't have to be complicated or expensive. We're a small team of developers who've experienced firsthand the frustrations of clunky, outdated RTO software. So in 2023 we decided to do something about it.

RTO software is becoming increasingly expensive and bloated and we think it's time to hit the reset button.

Our vision is to strip away all the unnecessary complexity and just create a lean, efficient foundation that RTOs can actually rely on.

We've seen firsthand how overcomplicated systems can hinder RTOs, and we think there's a better way. We're building RTO Pilot to be intuitive - the kind of software where you can sign up and start enrolling students on the same day.

Ultimately, we want to remove the technical barriers to running an RTO. If we can help more people start and grow training businesses without the usual software headaches, we'll consider that a success.
