First Aid Trainer/Assessor

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience in delivering training and assessment – specifically from HLTAID009 to HLTAID012. Preferred up to HLTAID014 and HLTAID015
- Industry experience in emergency services, public safety or first aid officer in a workplace
- Current Working with Children Check (WWC)
- Current National Police Check (or willing to undertake)
- Own reliable vehicle and Current Drivers Licence
- Excellent communication skills in delivering training. The applicant must be able to maintain the focus and attention of students and disseminate information in a clear and concise manner. An energetic and enthusiastic manner in presentation is also highly desirable. ReVIVA will supply all training and assessment materials
- Follow ReVIVA's training and assessment programs and customise the training to the client's needs
- Computer literacy: a level of understanding of how to set up and pack away a computer attached to a data projector in order to facilitate presentations during training. Be able to respond to emails and log into a trainer portal in order to identify rosters and communication via the Internet
- Sound understanding of the principles of Human Anatomy and Physiology
- Able to physically lift training and assessment materials. ReVIVA provides a large quantity of training materials (mannequins)
- Be prepared to travel across metropolitan and regional areas within your State. Trainers may be required to travel some distances to deliver onsite training to ReVIVA's clients
