Leadership and Management Trainer
Who we are
As a nationally recognised GTO and RTO, Programmed Training Services helps customers to develop and up-skill their workforce through technical and vocational skills including a range of apprenticeship and traineeship programs.
The Role
Reporting to the RTO Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality training and assessment to our Business and First Aid learners.
- Providing support and guidance to learners throughout their training journey, ensuring they achieve their educational goals.
- Assessing learner progress and performance, delivering constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that values each student’s unique strengths and challenges.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching, inspiring students to explore and develop their own potential.
Skills and experience
To excel in this role, the following qualifications and attributes are highly valued:
- TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40116 with a willingness to upgrade)
- BSB40520 - Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (required)
- BSB30120 - Certificate III in Business and/or BSB40120 - Certificate IV in Business (preferred)
- HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders at different levels
- A positive outlook and proactive approach
- Drive, self-motivation, and enthusiasm
While minimal travel is required for this role, occasional visits to client sites for training will be necessary. Therefore, the ability to travel is a mandatory requirement.
