We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Process Manufacturing Trainer to join our team, delivering the MSM30116 - Certificate III in Process Manufacturing to students across the Sydney and Central Coast regions.

## Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for the MSM30116 - Certificate III in Process Manufacturing, both in-class and onsite as required.

- Develop and implement training materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools that meet industry standards and the requirements of the training package.

- Provide mentorship and support to students, helping them achieve their learning and career goals.

- Stay updated with industry trends and practices to ensure training delivery reflects current industry standards.

- Participate in validation and moderation activities to ensure assessment practices are consistent and fair.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and assessment outcomes.

## Essential Requirements

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

- Relevant qualifications in Process Manufacturing, ideally at or above the level of MSM30116 - Certificate III.

- Minimum of 3 years of recent, relevant industry experience in Process Manufacturing.
