The ideal candidates will have relevant experience and qualifications in security, first aid, firearms safety, and/or aviation security from recognised training providers. Willingness to travel to client sites from time to time is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured training sessions across security-related areas, tailored to meet industry and participant needs.
  • Conduct accurate and comprehensive assessments that adhere to VET Quality Framework standards.
  • Contribute to audit and validation programs to ensure compliance with national training standards.
  • Stay updated with current trends and regulatory requirements within the security industry.
  • Provide guidance and support to enhance learner engagement and achievement.
  • Offer personalised training solutions aligned with clients’ specific industry needs.

Qualifications:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent qualification is a must.
  • Relevant industry-specific qualifications in your area of expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering and assessing training programs.
  • Familiarity with the compliance requirements of an RTO.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in professional practice.
