Position Overview:
ATI is seeking multiple skilled Trainer and Assessors from various industries to join our dynamic team. We have positions available across several sectors, including Security, Mining, Fire Safety, and Drug & Alcohol Testing or someone who is willing to be crossed trained. We are particularly interested in professionals who are passionate about delivering top-notch training and assessment services that meet regulatory standards while enhancing participants' practical skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver structured training sessions tailored to your industry expertise.
- Contribute to both internal and external audit/validation programs.
- Assess participants effectively and ensure compliance with the VET Quality Framework.
- Adhere to national and state compliance standards and guidelines.
- Stay current with the latest employee development methods and industry standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to maximize business results through training.
- Offer customised advice and training solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
- Monitor industry trends to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent qualification is a must.
- Relevant industry-specific qualifications in your area of expertise (e.g., Security, Mining, Fire Safety, Drug & Alcohol Testing).
- Demonstrated experience in delivering and assessing training programs.
- Familiarity with the compliance requirements of an RTO.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in professional practice.
