What does the role entail?

As an Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration and/or Appliance Service & Repair Trainer & Assessor, you will not only impart your knowledge and skills to apprentices but will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the trade. Forge lasting connections with students and employers as you deliver high-level training, ensuring that each student is equipped with the knowledge needed to excel in their trade. This role allows you to 'run your own race,' providing the flexibility to maintain a work-life balance while delivering quality mentorship to your students.

What you bring to the table:

  1. A proactive go-getter mindset, thinking outside the box to ensure exceptional training for our students
  2. Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and/or Appliance Service & Repair
  3. Refrigerant handling license
  4. Restricted electrical license
  5. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  6. Current experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry
  7. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  9. A can-do attitude that fuels your success
