Trainer & Assessors – Civil Construction / High Risk-Mining / Traffic Management
ACTA Group is looking for an experienced Trainer & assessor based on the Gold Coast and operating throughout South East Queensland and Northern NSW
ACTA Group is an established Registered Training Organisation (RTO Code: 45370).
Due to increasing demand we are currently looking for industry-experienced trainers and assessors who have recent and relevant experience in Civil Construction and/or Traffic Management..
- RII30920 Cert III in Civil Construction - Traffic Management
- RII30820 Cert III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
- Standard 11 Surface and Underground induction
- RIIWHS204E Work safely at heights
- RIIWHS202E Enter and work in a confined space
- RIIHAN301E Operate elevated work platform
- CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
- RIIWHS205E Control traffic with a stop/slow bat
- RIIWHS302E Implement traffic management plans
- High Risk - Forklift - Basic Scaffolding - EWP 11+
- Other related RII short courses.
The primary purpose of the role is to deliver nationally recognised training and Assessments to clients and students in civil construction, safety, and traffic management.
Qualifications & experience
- Hold current TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Have proven current industry knowledge of 2 to 4 years
- Demonstrate attention to detail with effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a cohesive team
- Understand national training package requirements and RTO obligations.
- Traffic Controller and TMI Accreditation (an advantage)
