Business Trainer/Assessor

About the Role:

As a Business Trainer, you will deliver the nationally recognised Diploma of Business qualification to students, providing them with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the world of business. Your role will involve:

• Engaging and inspiring students in business concepts and practices.
• Delivering both theoretical and practical learning experiences.
• Supporting students in developing key business skills, including leadership, management, and communication.
• Preparing students for real-world business environments through hands-on training and assessment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Relevant Business qualifications (Diploma or higher).
• Industry experience in a business-related field.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a willingness to obtain it with our support.
• Experience working with high school students or in a training environment (preferred but not essential).
• Current Blue Card or willingness to obtain.
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their potential.
