About the Role

As an Electrical Trainer & Assessor, you’ll deliver high-quality workplace-based training and assessment to electrical apprentices. You’ll work closely with employers and apprentices to ensure competency development aligns with industry standards and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For;

  • Current Electrical License (must be fully qualified)
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116) or willingness to obtain
  • Current Industry experience in the electrical trade
  • Willingness to assist in building the Electrical faculty in NSW
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Passion for developing and supporting the next generation of electricians
