Training Delivery

  • Deliver engaging and structured training sessions for Certificate IV and Diploma of IT courses, in accordance with training packages and industry needs.
  • Tailor teaching strategies to suit diverse learning styles and levels of student experience.

Assessment & Compliance

  • Design, assess, and mark competency-based assessments in line with unit requirements and AQF/VET guidelines.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students on assessment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, attendance, and progress reports using the LMS (aXcelerate).
  • Ensure all assessment tools and training materials meet compliance standards and validation requirements.
  • Participate in validation and moderation processes to ensure consistency and quality of assessment outcomes.

Student Support

  • Provide  academic support and mentoring to help students achieve competency.
  • Monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies for at-risk learners.
  • Respond promptly to student enquiries and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Curriculum Development

  • Contribute to the development, review, and improvement of training materials and resources in line with industry standards and changes in technology.
  • Assist with the development of practical activities and simulated workplace scenarios.

Professional Engagement

  • Maintain industry currency and professional development in relevant IT fields.
  • Collaborate with academic and support staff to continuously improve the student learning experience.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including industry partners, to ensure course relevance and graduate employability.
