At Axial Training, we are seeking a qualified and passionate Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Trainer to join our dynamic team. As an industry-leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, practical training that equips learners with the skills needed for successful careers. In this role, you will deliver workplace-based training for the UEE qualification, contributing to the development of future professionals in the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration trade. The ideal candidate will have a relevant trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent), and preferably additional qualifications in Appliance Service and/or Electrical. Proven industry experience and excellent communication skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
