About the Role

As a Trainer/Assessor, you will:

• Deliver high-quality training and assessment in Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and/or Appliance Services
• Mentor and guide apprentices, helping them build real-world skills and confidence
• Develop strong relationships with students and employers to support learning outcomes
• Enjoy the flexibility to manage your workload and maintain a healthy work-life balance

What You’ll Bring

• Trade qualification in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Refrigerant handling license
• Restricted electrical license
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122), or willingness to obtain
• Current industry experience
• Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to teaching and mentoring
