💼 What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, high-quality training in Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and/or Appliance Services
• Mentor and assess apprentices as they build confidence and hands-on skills
• Build strong relationships with learners and employers to support successful outcomes
• Enjoy flexibility and autonomy in shaping your schedule and making your mark

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Trade qualification in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration and/or Appliance Services
• Refrigerant Handling License and Restricted Electrical License
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) – or be open to obtaining it
• Up-to-date industry knowledge and practical experience
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A passion for supporting others and sharing your skills
