What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Trainer & Assessor, you’ll deliver the Certificate II in Engineering Pathways to enthusiastic high school students across the Gladstone region. You’ll be more than a trainer — you’ll be a mentor, motivator, and role model, helping students develop real-world skills that launch their future careers.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re someone who:

  • Holds a trade qualification in Engineering with current industry experience
  • Has a TAE and BlueCard (or is willing to get one)
  • Is passionate about empowering young people and helping them succeed
  • Thrives in a school-based, hands-on training environment
  • Brings positive energy and creativity to every session
