About the Role
As a Trainer and Assessor, you’ll be delivering our Certificate II in Engineering Pathways to enthusiastic high school students across the Gladstone region. You’ll guide, support, and inspire them to achieve their goals and prepare for a future in one of Australia’s most in-demand industries.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who:
- Has current industry experience in Engineering either Boilermaker/ Fitter
- Holds a TAE and Bluecard
- Is passionate about helping young people succeed
- Thrives in a school-based, hands-on training environment
- Has a positive, energetic approach to teaching and learning
