What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver engaging LLND training tailored to adult learners
- Adapt resources to meet individual learning goals and styles
- Problem-solve creatively to meet contract requirements
- Build strong relationships with local organisations for referrals
- Accurately assess and record student progress and outcomes
- Promote the SEE Program and collaborate with stakeholders
What You'll Bring:
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or higher)
- TAESS00026 Foundation Skills Integration Skillset (or willingness to obtain)
- 100+ hours of adult education experience
- Respect for diversity and Indigenous Australian culture
- Ability to pass a National Police Check and hold a current Driver Licence
