Today we're launching RTOPilot v2, and I couldn't be more excited to share it with you.

We built RTOPilot because I saw how much time RTOs were wasting on admin instead of focusing on training. Every feature in v2 has been shaped by feedback from RTOs and industry experts, to create a product that makes the experience of training easier for everyone.

What's new in v2

Rapid Enrol

We've completely rebuilt our enrolment system from the ground up. Students can now enrol and pay in under 30 seconds, and their data flows straight into RTOPilot. We also have advanced matching logic that helps recognise returning students. No more double handling, no more unnecessary data entry.

Calendar

The new course calendar gives you a clear view of all your training sessions. Check enrolments, manage trainer schedules, and view enrolled student statuses - all from one screen.

Payments

You can now track your live payments and upcoming payouts at a glance - no more cross-referencing with your bank feed to verify payments. The new payment dashboard allows you to track exactly where your money is coming from and helps you stay on top of your cash flow.

Automated AVETMISS Collection and Validation

Perhaps most importantly, we've automated AVETMISS data capture and validation. This data is automatically collected from the student via their portal and recorded in the correct format. Paperwork is now optional.
